Terms of Service
Acceptance of terms
By using GrabThumb, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the tool.
What GrabThumb does
GrabThumb retrieves publicly available thumbnail images that YouTube already generated for a given video, using the video ID found in a link you provide. It does not host, modify, or create any thumbnail images itself.
Ownership of images
Thumbnail images remain the property of their respective creators and/or YouTube (a Google LLC product). GrabThumb claims no ownership over any image it helps you retrieve. You are responsible for how you use any downloaded image, including respecting the original creator's copyright.
Acceptable use
Don't use GrabThumb to infringe on others' rights, to scrape content at automated scale, or for any unlawful purpose.
No warranty
GrabThumb is provided "as is," with no guarantee that a given video's thumbnail — or any particular resolution of it — will be available at any given time, since availability depends entirely on YouTube's own servers.
Limitation of liability
GrabThumb is not liable for any damages arising from use of the tool, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Changes to the service
Features, pages, and availability may change or be discontinued at any time without notice.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which GrabThumb operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
